Admitted at the Paris Bar in 2011, Benjamin LECLERCQ started practicing in top-ranked international law firms in Paris in the areas of corporate law, M&A as well as restructuring and commercial litigation.
His expertise in complex negotiation and litigation processes led him to pursue his career in a large Monaco law firm during five years both in counselling and litigation focusing mainly in commercial and corporate laws but developing an additional skill in IP/IT law.
He then added a strong contribution during four years to a large international banking institution in Monaco as senior legal counsel, thus enabling him to deepen his knowledge of banking regulation and foster his potential on complex financial transactions before joining NOGHES-DU MONCEAU AVOCATS in the summer 2023 as Counsel.
Graduated from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole, Masters in Business Management), Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 1), University College London (Masters in English Legal Studies).
He also graduated in Business and Tax Law at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2).
Furthermore, alongside his work in Monaco, he took a Masters in Intellectual Property class in Strasbourg.
