Any Monegasque, or his\/her spouse, partner in a cohabitation contract, children, Monegasque children of the spouse or partner, holder of a lease or a housing-capitalisation contract for the occupation of premises for residential use owned by the State may allocate part of these premises to the exercise of a professional activity. The application must be addressed to the Minister of State, who has 15 days to issue the authorisation. The beneficiary of this authorisation may renounce it at any time, but the authorisation may also be revoked by the Minister of State if the professional activity is carried out outside the limits of the authorisation.<\/p>\n
