commercial litigation.<br \/>\nHis expertise in complex negotiation and litigation processes led him to pursue his career in a large Monaco law firm during five years both in counselling and litigation focusing mainly in commercial and corporate laws but developing an additional skill in IP\/IT law.<br \/>\nHe then added a strong contribution during four years to a large international banking institution in Monaco as senior legal counsel, thus enabling him to deepen his knowledge of banking regulation and foster his potential on complex financial transactions before joining NOGHES-DU MONCEAU AVOCATS in the summer 2023 as Counsel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Graduated from HEC Paris (Grande Ecole, Masters in Business Management), Paris II Panth\u00e9on-Assas
