After being sworn in as a barrister in 2004, Sophie Couturier practised law in Brussels and then Nice before moving to the Principality of Monaco, where she has been working as a lawyer and then counsel for over 15 years.
With a Master’s degree in private property law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, she then focused her practice on criminal business law and human rights, developing extensive technical expertise in criminal procedure.
She handles high-stakes litigation cases with an international dimension, in collaboration with our foreign partners.
